Failed videos

If a video fails to generate, the credits it used go back to your account automatically. Sign in with your checkout email to use them on another try.

Unused credits

Credits never expire. If you no longer want credits you have not used, send a refund request through the form on the content policy page with the email you paid with. We refund the unused part of your most recent pack to the original payment method.

Clearly broken results

If the finished video is clearly broken, such as a missing face or a frozen clip, contact us within 7 days through the form on the content policy page and we will remake it or refund it.

Other cases

AI results vary, so we do not refund videos only because the style is not to your taste.
