Terms of service

Last updated 2026-10-27

By using tinydesk-aivideo.com you agree to these terms.

The service

We turn a photo you upload into a short AI video based on a meme template. Results are generated by AI models and can vary.

Your uploads

You may only upload photos of yourself, or of an adult who has given you permission. You must not upload photos of children, nudity, or images that break the content policy. You keep your rights to your photos and videos.

Payments and credits

Videos are paid with credits, sold in one-time packs; prices are shown before you pay and payments are processed by our payment provider. Credits belong to the account of the email used at checkout on this site, never expire, cannot be transferred to other sites, and have no cash value except as described in the refund policy.

No affiliation

Templates are inspired by public trends. We are not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by any artist, label, platform or person who appears in an original clip.

Tiny Desk is a trademark of NPR. tinydesk-aivideo.com is an independent Tiny Desk-style AI video tool. It is not made, endorsed or sponsored by NPR, Tiny Desk Concerts, Charlie Wilson or anyone in the original clip.

Parody and AI labels

Videos are AI-generated. Do not present them as real footage, and use the AI-generated label where the platform you post on offers one.
